Where would I go and WHY??

I would go back to when Ronald Reagan was president. I would just like to meet the man. He was one of the very best president we ever had. If I could shake the mans hand it would be one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. I know it is kind of corny but Ronald Reagan was a wonderful man.
